The first six days were the worst, and it looked like it was spiky. Then slowly the levels went back down to below normal. It's almost like there's avin we put these limitations on our bodies,. But in realit, likg a lot of it is, you alp in the head afor huge portion of it - which i think is one of the cool lessons that just ultramaripaning.
