When you have a consumer application like that, it's tough to be entirely data run. And one of the things that e i ran up against that maybe i is human nature, were people who claim to want to make some changes because the data said. It does get kind of manipulative when you might have some certain people in an organization who might be like, hay, the data says we need to make this change. I don't necessarily think that's a bad thing. But i do think that people should be honest about what they're doing.
