Simulation research showed that under a variety of distributional conditions, you were a lot safer by just allowing things to co vary and not constraining those things. And the long con is even if we have to jacket some of these less than ideal decisions, it's going to allow us to do something that we aren't otherwise able to do. That kind of describes everything that we do right in our field.
