The Importance of Identity in Lent
The bodily resurrection of the body for those who rise in glory has some unique and really incredible qualities to it. The whole point of Christian life is to become like Jesus, not just in His behavior, but actually in our bodies. This is what Jesus has done. He's our rabbi, he's our prototype, an imitation of Him by His grace. And it's a resurrection to shame. All the redeemed to get their body back. It's resurrection to glory.
