Tara told the police that terry lynne's mother, carroll, also owned a shitsu dog. The two women had discussed the possibility of breeding their dogs. More on this connection would be revealed in michael raffety's trial. On april twelfth, four days after tory disappeared, they arrested terrylyn and she remained in police custody since that date. So the police had one suspect in police custody yet my raffedy wasn't arrested until may twentieth, five and a half weeks later.
