How to Coach Weightlifting Better
A good model of human movement explains it like all human movement pretty much. So often people will have a very rigid understanding of what they believe weightlifting technique to be. But if you just have a good understanding of human movement, a model that is that explains lots of different contexts, then that can be really useful. There's a client in my gym at the moment who has never seen anyone doing any weightlifting here. I said, yeah, you could do whatever you want. That's mad. He says he's actually enjoying playing around with that. It's his first time. Can you do power claims? No, doesn't it? Well, it does not interest me at all
