The Walking Around Method: A Simple Business Model

The easiest business model I can think of is like the canned manufacturers that I follow. They literally make beer and soda cans and they're really, really good at it. The walking around method is not my primary source for idea generation. It's one of a few things. And then I sort of call it the targeted category. So looking at stuff that's in or out of favor and that happens to be complementary to the portfolio.
