"The accidental values can sometimes be the ones that are loudest," he says. "There's a cruelty and not being clear with them about whether this really is a core value or whether it's not, because let's sprint to the end here." A CEO has to stand up and say, hey, we're refounding our company around some new values,. He adds: "Just because some people here are doing something doesn't mean you should feel excluded"
