If you're prepared, i think you said, it really enables you to be in the moment and to listen. The problem for people is under preparing and over preparing. But work expands the space you allow it. If you give yourself an hour, you'll take an hour thro yourself. 20 minutes to give yourself 20 minutes, i think we get relly good at.
