What Is Freedom?
She is very much trying to understand the most pressing political questions of her day. Answering this questionis a hopeless enterprise. What is authority? The better question would have been to ask, what was authority? A so she's always diping through the refuse of history to try and bring these coor political concepts like authority, tradition, freedom, revolution into our contemporary situation.
