The Yield Is King in Kenya
Yield is king in Kenya and when you have 200 coffee trees in your garden. The average production can be maybe 4 kilos per tree of cherry on an average farm. Some farmers who are doing a good job they can produce maybe 30 or 40 kilos of cherry per tree so that means 10 times the amount of production. You can't buy more land because there's no land available and it's expensive but you can increase the yields quite a lot.
