How to Leverage Anxiety

Leveraging is really this idea that once we listen to anxiety's information, it helps us actually understand what matters to us. It focuses us on perhaps what we need to do to avert disaster and make the positive outcome into reality. When I'm under stress, but one of my recurring things is that I will wake up in the early morning hours, right? Yes. And so when I was sitting there and really acknowledging that uncomfortable anxiety, the leveraging was at first just that I made a plan.
