The Importance of Food in Life

Most people, at least in our community, are pooping two to four times a day. It's almost like you eat and then you have this gastrointestinal response and then you poop. This is exactly where we should be. I don't think I've had diarrhea, constipation, stomach aches in over a decade. You're actually just doing what everyone else does, which is when you feel like food is causing injury to you, you try to avoid it. That's not the type of relationship we're supposed to have with our food. Food is supposed to be a source of joy. The other stuff, we're not going to get rated here.
