The Importance of Supporting Teachers in Schools

There's so much they need that politicians in the public and the district aren't giving them. A wonderful teacher makes all the difference in a child's life. So we just need to pay them more. We need to give them more support staff. They do not have enough pair of educators, aides and counselors in schools. That's no big news. And that, again, has been going on since long before the pandemic.
