It's a do the work and get help. It could involve doing some kind of self-analysis or a guided analysis to uncover what your actual triggers are. If you're also finding your anxieties reaching this unmanageable level where it is starting to affect the quality of your day-to-day life then definitely get a professional diagnosis or some kind of professional help or medication. Also humans were never meant to live on their own and do everything on their own right I just have to get on my sub box for a second we've talked about it before but like humans were never made for this we've never done it in history.
