When organic or regenerative agriculture is done properly, it can produce a lot more food than mono crop agriculture. If you are going to compare organic row crops with conventional row crops, and hold everything else constant, then the conventional is going to out perform the organic. But even without doing that, there's still an awful lot of data that shows that small, diverse farms can out perform large farms. It depends on the crops too.
