The Real Presence of the Eucharist
The real presence is the stable physical presence of Christ to us in the signs of what looks like and acts like some tastes like bread and wine. That nourishment that communing with Christ gives us union as well with his mystical body the church. So this is what we talk about the Eucharist as the sacrament of charity because Eucharistic brings about charity, union, communion between Christ and us and Christ with all of his members and other human members of the church.
