We can dilate your brainstem. We actually see with those type of people, greater heart rate reactivity. Those people in particular are the people that this,. from a health perspective, can be really incredible for because they feel the world more deeply. The scientific process of this is 10 weeks, breathing at 20 minutes, twice a day at your resident frequency. Again, if you don't know your resident frequency, you can just start at six breaths per minute, a four second inhale through the nose gently, and a six second exhale through the Nose. If you're blowing a warm soup, people want to accentuate the inhale wrong. The exhale is what really stimulates
