How to Feel Your Feet in a Walking Meditation

M was unable to feel his feet for five days. He started walking barefoot on rough hewn stone walls that are so common in new england. This is not necessarily a good idea, maybe one should build it up a little more slowly,. and not do something so harsh. And finally, i could feel my feet. It took that oextreme stimulation before i was like, ok, i felt that foot. I felt that foot, and i could walk an entire secsion feeling my feet. So this is not a practice instruction or a hip tip of the week or anything. This is just what a young, 20something year old kid was able to come up with to solve
