Is There a Use Case for Arbitrage?
I wonder if maybe arbitrage is one of those use cases where it is rational to do that. If I see an arbitrage opportunity on another exchange and my two options are wait for six confirmations to send money onto that exchange or do it over lightning, pay way more than I would have in an on-chain fee but instantly get access to those funds. Maybe there's a case for that being rational behavior. It all depends on our regulations developed. But in general people will make some kind of trade off of how much am I paying versus how much benefit is this giving me. And it really depends where it settles.
