Is There an Unconscious Bias in Education?

There's a lot of research empirically verifiable, like, good social science that shows that better-looking children receive better education and more close attention. I've never really heard anyone talk about, like, well, how do we address this? And even in that research that I've read or been kind of confronted with, I don't think I saw a solution to it. It's interesting that this is an unconscious... This is totally an unconscious bias, right?And that's like a phrase of the day. We don't have an actual script that we go? I thought we had a script that we were doing. Yeah.
