This is a moving target because assisted reproductive technology is still relatively new technology and in order to have good data you need large sample size. There's stuff in the literature about children having certain being at higher risk for certain genetic diseases two of the the genetic diseases that I've seen reported are back with wetteman syndrome and angelman syndrome.
