The Local Sun and a Flat Earth Map

In the heliocentric model, the sun's 93 million miles away. There're supposed to be 50 miles of drop at that altitude. If you look out straight ahead, it's flat as a pancake. And there's another example of a local sun. You see the hot spot. So sure, it's rising in dead east and setting due west. It's still spinning its circle, which is exactly what would expect on a flat earth, is it not?
