I think our campaign finance system while well intentioned has created the most perverse incentives that has weakened the national political parties. Small money is as much of a boogie man as big dollars because again, it is playing to extremism and it isplaying to um Negativity and anger right there There are two emotions that motivate every single person's political activity: hope and aspiration or fear and anger One of them is easier to mobilize than the other.
