i know kagame very well when the trenches together, whoare both refugees from roanda. And i have always been wondering why caga would be interested in doing something like that to refuges? He imprisons opponents. Is like an absolute monarch. The are no rights of the people. No te independent press. All these things do not demonstrate somebody who presides over a compassionate governmentthat looks after the interests of its own people.
