Morning Brew, What's Your Strategy When Choosing New Verticals?
morning brew is an advertising driven business, but sorty my revenue comes from our pats. So any franchise that i decide i want to launch, or any new vertical i want to move into, has to support an add bottle. There are basically three things i'm looking for: Is there an interesting story to tell? If nothing is happening in the world of that specific area, probably not going to want to launch a franchise around it. The second thing is, i want to pick verticals whith the audiences actually seein growth. Then the third really is, is there sponseor demand? And that can be some somewhat tricky to determine.
