Building the Foundation, Building the Second Floor

If we want to build a house, we're not going to start by building the third floor first. We've got to build the foundation before we can really do these advance things and leverage that. You have to revisit that foundation, shore it up. And often these things don't get exposed until you reach sort of your level of inaptitude, and then it gets exposed.
