Meditation - How to Stay Healthy?

We need to be self aware of the body. We all know that, but i think by now, we wear not so close to nature and to our bodies any more. For a lot of people, playing a music instrument helps, which i unfortunately cannot do. I love to do sports, and then that helps my mind. And yet, some devices for meditation, which actually measure by my brain movements there mit's, it's a game, it's a test. But i think in the end, it helps. Back to Mail Online home.
