The Importance of Relational Health in Leadership

LZ Granderson: Most of us would say spiritual category is really important, but I'm not sure enough attention gets paid to the other three categories. What does relational health look like to you? LZ: Here's one of the challenges of leadership. And it took me years to figure out that a lot of what we'd say, yeah, I'm surrounded by people, but I find it exhausting. So how do you make sure that you've got some deposit, some life-giving relationships, that kind of offset the drain that is leadership?
