Is Covid Vaccination a Good Idea?
Quebec is recruiting nurses who are retired, for example, to come back on the job. One of the big solutions to er labor problemis is actually that we have as many nurses in canada who aren't working as nurses as who ares. This is an example where we're being a little creative to solve it. And hopefully we well use those methods more permanently, not just for covid vaccination. We know that there's some evidence that immunity wans faster from an infection than it does from the vaccine. So there's no downside to getting vaccinated. It's not going to make you less immune or more immune. It's just going to give you immunity like everyone else
