How to Protect Your Eyes From UV Damage

UV damage absolutely can exacerbate cataract formation and damage the back of our eyes are maculas. Direct exposure to UV light we want to avoid as we age. In general you should shut down screens at least two hours before bedtime, ideally even longer than that. How bad is it to sleep in dirty underwear and not change your underwear throughout the next day? I mean that's literally what you're doing.
