The rise of celebrity milliners like Dorothy shaver and lily dachet helped establish americansand so we've mentioned lily dusheh. But vogue didn't mention American millers until the forties when they began to do layouts with mentioning them. So there's the beginnings of even more a sort of american fashion world, America bred and born.
