The Role of Rhythm in Athletic Skills

I think anybody who trains young kids should, you know, research the athletic skills model. I watch a bunch of videos from like early 1930s and 40s like East Germany to see how they're kind of teaching their athletes. It's hundreds of years old, but these kids aren't exposed to it. And so then I work it back to my training, like how can I give these athletes a skill set to be able to get into their position to have an advantage against their opponent? There are a lot of different factors that that could go into injury.
