How to Use Polarized Training
sleep is the first indicator of disturbance or under recovery, which can evolve into over training and also lack of adaptation. The key though right the key is this, and that's where I always start how well is your athlete sleeping. And it kind of goes for everything like from a hydration standpoint from a nutrition standpoint from a global stress standpoint. If those things are off and out of that athletes normal, they're going to have really high sleep disturbance.
