Sub-Stack Newsletters - What Do You Do and What Not to Do?
I really appreciate RSS as a channel but unfortunately it seems like not very popular thing. You would be surprised but industry insiders are suspicious of sub-stack because they're too awesome, too free and basically it's going somewhere. When platforms become too good and too free, it doesn't go to good places. That's always the trick. Eventually they'll have to monetize somehow. Do spend time talking to customers, buyers, prospects, internal employees. What do I do next? It sounds obvious. Set, prioritize it.
