I Think the New Appreciation for Diversity Is Cracking People's Minds Open a Little Bit

Raymond: So much of our society was built for one type of brain. And kids whose brains are dislecic or who have a d h d, or are on the autom spectrum is so great that thinking that one type of curriculum,. which was developed for students, even at a single point in time isn't going to help them develop their best potential. We're just missing out on so much talent and opportunity because we don't appreciate diversity.
