Ronald Reagan: Influence is being able to enact actions or attitudes in people without directly telling them to do something right. When you influence somebody and they act on that, it's something that's now inside of them. He says his grandfather instilled the importance of keeping a clean job site when he was working for him as a young man. "It's so impacted me that every time I have any construction done and the construction people don't do that, I think less of them"
