As a child, i learned that i could have that same indwelling experience out in nature just as easily as i could have it in the church. Later on when i became ekno sexually active, i realized that that extasis was very erotic and very em you know, it's like the whole body goes into exaltation. And so studying erotic mysticism and sacred sexuality really became a part and parcel to me studying my own spiritual experiences and journey. I mean, i would say they, the erotic aspects of spirituality have always been there for me.
