It's another really awful mass shooting this year. I think we're up to 200 so far this year that meet the technical definition, which is that four people have to be shot in the shooter. Greg Abbott made a statement pointing to California as having the largest number of gun victims seeming to want to insulate Texas from critiques about its own. But Gavin Newsom pushed back saying that if you actually look at the death, gun death rate as a, you know, if you could go over the population.
