The Status of Teachers in the Pandamic?
The us closed most class rooms for 58 weeks during the pandemic. Some teachers didn't want to give that up because they had laptop status, and some of them were like, why should i have to come in? And we can also be realistic about what does a school look like in a city like new york? It is an old building. The bathrooms don't have soap. They don't have paper towels. Like we are not doing well by our children or our teachers in the buildings that we have.
