Is There a Social Impact to the Geek Economy?
So much of the gig economy gives really nothing to the employee. It's just it's a hustle. And we've gotten a point in our society where giving people stable employment feels like social impact, which is kind of not what we want to be. So it's good to see that labor and the value added labor is getting the respect that it's due. Of course, all labor should, but it's important.
