The Challenges of Engaging Trainees With Curriculum 2024

The challenge remains engaging every single trainer and training with curriculum 2024 because it's going to happen. i would rather have completely engaged sooner rather than later so that we can manage this transition smoothly. The biggest challenge there was exactly the engagement side of it and it was about not so much the trainees but engaging the educational clinical supervisors who will have to be assessing in the new curriculum. We need to start kind of asking them to sort of help us with pilots and which we will be by the way if we will need help with the pilot um so that it becomes much more ingrained.
