The overall meaning of this concept of ordered liberty is what is it for people truly to have freedom? I think actually maybe they're, despite just giving this counter example of being fed, I think there's an openness in that to saying just like there are governmental remedies that are used. We can recognize how that is more of a stretch though than a focus on the clear intentions in passing the civil rights amendments.
