An annual employee survey is not a quick enough base line for any real action, right? It gives you a sense ofike where the organization is at a point ind time. What needs to be augmented with is something that's more team bas in. You needsomething else between a manager and their directress,. or most like a skip level manager in their directs. So that you can compare it against the base line, and you can catchti like this engineer i was talking about who experienced that burn out. That's just not going to happen on an annual employ survey.
