I feel like there's a level of air cover you can give as a leader starting a new initiative. Like if a developer advocate does a webinar that fails, that may reflect more poorly on them than it does on you. And my biggest challenge when you go in new to an organization is the leadership is fired up and they're ready for you to start executing. You've been there, you can make this, you can get the ball rolling quickly.
