The Importance of Mary's Motherhood

Sally Kohn: I think you've gone a long way in showing us the importance of Mary as the mother of God. And what her role should bear in our understanding, a robust understanding of the incarnation. She says she doesn't think affirming her maternity does that because scripture gives us so much more than that she is mother. Kohn: If women find themselves as a desire to be mothers and that is kind of the fullness of their life, I want to celebrate that for them.
