How Do You Share Your Learnings After an Incident?
The worst experience ever is when you're trying to fix something, and you make it worse. So one of the main things about incident management is not to consider incidents as something unique. They will happen always. If you don't change the incident will show up again the same ent. And at some moment you will find yourself just fixing incidents and doing nothing else.
