Do Dora Metrics Really Work?
I love that example of the quote unquote low performing team shipping once per year going to two. That probably delivers a lot more of a stepwise benefit to the organization than just having a team go from once a day to twice a day where there's questionable actual business value in that. I want to shift over to how leaders can get a little maybe, you know, overzealous with their use of the Dora metrics. And honestly, what's been very difficult to uncover are big statistical differences from one industry to the next.
