If you were to do something for ten minutes straight, you woudn't be able to go at the same intensity as period of work and then recover until the start of the next minute. So maybe i would do something like 12 burpes on te odd minutes, and maybe 12 to 15 wallballs. Or if you'r going to go heavy, maybe ten heavy dead lifts. That's what i woud say.
