I think our systems and processes are set up to produce the exact opposite outcomes, the opposite of equity. And I don't think it's intentional today, but I think often it is unintentional or inadvertent. The way that we negotiate, the way that we penalize some people for negotiating and not others. We've designed systems and processes in a world that wasn't built for women to be in leadership.
